Although this clinic was only recently established this year, The Holistic Studio offers experienced therapists and is professionally run in a calm and tranquil manner. The building itself provides a really pleasant environment, that is relaxing, allowing the stressed-​out, over-​worked clients to let their cares fall away whilst they are revived by their chosen therapist, There’s a good number of curative therapies on offer including Thai Foot massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Aromatherapy Massage, Soft Tissue massage as well as life-​style and nutritional advice. Not only will these alleviate the stresses and strains of the high-​paced lives of the clientele, but they will also address deeper health issues, restoring balance to overworked systems.
With such a long list of what’s available you would think that quite a number of people work here. However, all of the therapies on offer are handled by one holistic practitioner and one beauty therapist… which makes them a pretty well qualified pair!!!

Therapist Michelle Mondo has a helluva lot of letters after her name: I.I.H.H.T M.I.C.T.H. This means that she is a trained psychiatric nurse/​counsellor and trained Complementary Therapist. She is currently an undergraduate at University Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) studying BSC (Hons) Complementary Therapies.
All treatments are carried out by Michelle. She offers a free full initial consultation on first visit. Concessions are available for students and unwaged (50% off).
