Simply Pizza

My fave pizza place ever !!
So good I only need to order margarita because the flavour is so good … Way cheaper than anywhere else and tastes more homemade as well .
The only drawback is that they aren’t open all the time and delivery can take a while … But well worth the wait !

Simply Pizza is the only independent pizza shop in Carrickfergus, and they offer authentic Italian style pizzas for delivery or takeaway.
They have the usual variety of toppings available, such as meats, cheeses, tuna, anchovies, olives
etc, for you to make your own pizza, and also have a menu of set toppings, like Margherita and Pepperoni, to name but a few!
I got a take out from here and it was delicious, there’s nothing quite like an authentic Italian pizza, what with all these chain pizza stores around.
I was very disappointed though, on the two occasions I ordered for a delivery from them.
The first time, I placed the order, then got on with a number of other things I had to do and promptly put the order to the back of my mind.
Two hours later I got a phonecall to say that they had forgotten
about my order and just come across the order slip, and did I still want it? I said yes, because I had forgotten about it also and just realised that I was absolutely ravenous, despite this, it still took around an hour for the pizza to come, and it was cold.
The second time, I was at a friends house, and a crowd of us were getting ready before we went out and ordered a pizza in. Everytime we called we were told it was on it’s way (unlikely as we live less
than 10 minute drive from the shop) after an hour and a half, we had waited long enough and had to cancel it.
I do love the pizzas from Simply Pizza, but I would recommend collecting it in person!
