Lovely indie pub in the heart of Cheadle Hulme, practically next door to the train station. Good value pints with a wide, rotating selection. Also they have an impressive menu of bottles and local spirits — Thomas Dakin gin for example. They don’t do food, just pork pies with a selection of chutneys, crisps, nuts, and pork scratchings. This is a great place to have a chat with mates, a quiet pint, or play a board game. They also have a knit group, and book group! All the staff are super friendly and knowledgable about local beers and breweries, I hope to go back soon.
