I was disappointed with the service I received at this particular store. I arrived with the intention to buy a present for my partner which cost a substantial amount of money. I felt the sales staff judged me on my appearance and were not very helpful from the outset (I had just finished a night shift and did not look my best!) When I asked to see the particular product I was looking for, I was told by the sales assistant that it was probably out of my price range! I did not appreciate this and needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I found exactly what I was looking for in a different jewellery store but I felt a great need to return to Ernest Jones in Pretty Woman style & flash my new purchase in their face (I didn’t though!) :0)
