So it’s located right on the corner of the food court in Bluewater — the prime location to catch me before I make the mistake of heading to KFC or McDonalds because I can never walk past it without temptation rearing up. Unlike other Wasabi’s I’ve been to, this one nearly always has fresh food ready and at least one of everything they do so you’ll never be caught short having to pick something else because they don’t have the katsu there. You can see the chefs preparing the food as the kitchen is just behind the counter so you KNOW it’s fresh. And they have a choice of bubble teas, you can either have a smoothie or milk tea. I can’t tell you how happy this makes me, having bubble tea in Bluewater. I don’t have to trek to London to get some and it has free parking, yaaayy! It doesn’t really have any seating except about three seats along a sort of bar thing. But you can just walk the 10ft or so to the HUNDREDS of seats in the food court. If you don’t mind sitting with the smell of curry, fried chicken and fish and chips wafting round you.
