This very long standing family run business is in serious danger of decline. They offer the worst experience ever for anyone wishing to purchase a property through them. If I were a vendor I would have serious concerns about how they treat prospective purchasers! All the staff have a really poor attitude to business, they almost cannot be bothered. They never phone to see how the viewing went or if they have a property you may be interested in. As a prime customer (nothing to sell and a reasonable budget). I would seriously have expected a much better service. Shame on you all!
