Coming into town with an empty tummy is a bad thing as you will end up buying more food than you need, went a different route today and came across Crumbs and on looking into their 6ft by 12 ft windows I could see all the hungry office workers in line for their daily fix some even sitting on the floor for their order. The food is cheap as chips and also tastes a little on the cheap side, the roll was nice and tasty not one of those small ones that some buy from tesco. The down side was the fishy bacon you could tell was cheap if you can imagine corn fed chicken pigs are fed the same manor. The fried egg looked as if it had been cooked in a wok or a pan that a load of other items cooked in it with one of my rolls having onions on but l suppose you get what you pay for and that’s a cheap meal it did me ok.

Meh indeed. A bacon roll was in order to kick start my week, but the fat content on the bacon meant that if I’d eaten the whole thing I may not have lasted untill the weekend. The bread roll itself was alright, but they don’t do(or didn’t have) any crispy rolls, which made me sad. One good point was the high bacon content. This is Glasgow however, so there is better(and cheaper) out there.
