Popped in here yesterday looking for a specific type of paint, which they didn’t have. Spoke to the guy and he said he’d order it in for me so to come back today. As soon as I walked in today he said, «oh I’ve got your paint!» and scurried off to get it. What a lovely, chatty man and great service.
It’s one of those higgeldy piggeldy shops where they sell anything DIY, and I’m pretty sure you could rummage for hours if they didn’t help you look!
I’m giving Peters 5 stars for great service, local shopping, fantastic prices and last but not least, for being a shop that could quite easily have been the setting for the Two Ronnies sketch «Fork Handles». Brilliant!
