cheap beer and good food what more could you ask for? A great starting point for a night out or a middle of the night or end of a short night, and a visit the next day to eat and cure your hangover. A good allrounder and close enough to town if your having a long night.

Fairly average. Cheep food with limited choices for vegetarians, it is a chain pub, and this shows in the décor and the quality of food. Beer is cheep and the atmospere is nice.

The Old Zoological is very different to the other pubs and bars in its area. it tends to be busy and rough ‘n’ rowdy, its a chain pub with no personality. sells pub food that you would expect from a chain pub, just the usual, not much choice and nothing special.
