What I love about this place is the speed in which you get a takeaway. It’s just so quick it makes it the perfect place to grab a takeaway on the way home from the pub. The food isn’t bad either, its not laced with so much MSG that you stuff yourself till you are sick, or is that just me? I recommend the Singapore noodles and the crispy beef with OK sauce, yummy.

Supplying the town with the thing that makes a town a typical British town, a Chinese(or in this case a Cantonese). Spanning across the tea-time hours Canton Flavour brings Roundhay/Oakwood a wide choice of Cantonese dishes with soups starting from £2.60 to Special Dishes that a largely under £8.00. Average to middle tasting food though.

In a row of nice, normal middle-class shops in a nice, normal middle class area lies a nice, normal Chinese takeaway(you can’t really give a takeaway a social class). It’s a bit posher than the standard greasy Chinese, and it’s nice and clean and fresh inside and doesn’t smell as bad as it should, but the food is nothing special. I like Cantonese more than most people I know and I know a good Cantonese when I taste one. And that’s exactly what this was — good. But not great.
