Maxi’s Palace Takeaway

Mmm I’ve only just had my tea and now I’m thinking about a Maxi’s takeaway I’m hungry again.
I used to work on Street Lane and would, on occasion (or once a week, whatever), pick up a sneaky takeaway on my way home from here.
My favourite Chinese IN THE WORLD is the Golden Dragon in Woodhall Spa, but that’s because I never knew another chinese that offered crispy lamb (like duck, but less duck, more lamb) on the menu, and then I found Maxi’s Palace Takeaway and my heart skipped a beat (possibly because of all the monosodium glutamate).
Pricier than the other Chinese down on that arcade of shops in Roundhay (Canton Flavour? I can’t remember. Next to McColls, the Forbuoys that was), but tastier too. And for a fiver they’ll deliver. Which is often better because the parking’s a nightmare :)
