Now then I have been wanting to try this place ever since it opened a few months ago not enough time no babysitter and other things have made things a bit difficult to find the time to get in there and eat. An opportunity arose to get together with some fellow beer geeks and an idea was formed to bring many old bottles of beer and have ourselves a sit down meal and pair all the beer with different food. So long story short Create offered us a deal we just couldn’t pass up and we descended upon Create with our mouths watering and stomachs empty. Now I’m not to familiar with the back story of this place but I do know the head chef used to be the man in charge at Harvey Nichols restaurant so I guess we shouldn’t just get to the food. It just seemed to get better as we went along. We had six courses of absolutely stunning food from the duck all the way to the char grilled banana in a run and vanilla sauce. They do have a great deal on at the moment with 2 courses for 2 people for 18.50 which for this type of food is a steal so get down there fast and treat yourself to some beautifully cooked food and check out the Ilkley brewery keg line it wont disappoint and neither will the food. I’m thinking of booking another table next month just to treat my wife to the fantastic food that comes from Create.
