Saints & Sinners

The exterior of Saints & Sinners is beautiful and the window-​display always looks fantastic. Set in the centre of Liverpool ONE this place is popular with visitors and locals alike.
If you’re into expensive, branded clothing, from the likes of Ed Hardy, then you’ll be in your element in here. If, like me, you prefer some more alternative threads ranging from vintage to goth sheek, then this won’t really be your bag.
Saints & Sinners displays its clothes beautifully, but sadly even that isn’t enough to make me want to invest!
A lovely store but a limited fashion range for Indie cindys.

It’s difficult to imagine too many saints buying their clothes from here, unless of course Francis of Assisi particularly liked Ed Hardy T-​shirts. He may well have done, I didn’t really pay attention during RE.
Sinners, though, definitely — you’d be trespassing all over the place if you allowed yourself to buy gear from here; after all wasn’t one of the commandments ‘Thou shalt not pay out extortionate sums to look like a douche’? No. Oh right. I did tell you I wasn’t really into RE.
I should qualify really, it would be unfair of me to criticise the clothes in this shop because I would never choose to wear them — that doesn’t mean that they are bad, per se, just that huge tattoo prints and obnoxious branding is really not my bag. There are a few items here that I definitely wouldn’t mind being able to afford too (some of the Hugo Boss threads are pretty darn sweet) which brings us neatly on to the second reason I would probably never buy anything from here — the cost.
The shop itself is a little narrow — being set in one of the sidestreets of Liverpool ONE and is, and this seems to be a recurring theme in clothing shops of late, very poorly lit. All that aside — if you’re into Ed Hardy et al, then definitely get yourself down here for a sneaky peek
As the scriptures say — «And lo let there be an orgy of shopping for the garments of men.» Or something like that.
