Drinks and ambiance are nice. Food only OK, fish and chips were ordinary.

My friends and I stumbled upon this place while we were walking around London. We stopped in for dinner and a pint. There was plenty of room at the bar, as well as a lot of seating for dinner. The menu was made up of basic England pub fare– Fish & Chips, Meat Pies, Bangers & Mash, sandwiches… Our food came out very quickly after we ordered it, so it had to be somewhat pre-made. I seemed to enjoy my Steak & Ale Pie a little more than my friends enjoyed their Fish & Chips. It was okay, not great. The bar was nice and the bartenders/servers were friendly! Nothing fancy, but definitely worth stopping in for a drink if you’re in the area. They did have a nice selection of beer on tap.

Adoramos! Entramos por acaso, e encontramos um bar com preços acessíveis numa ótima localização e bom atendimento. Cerveja muito boa!

A traditional British Pub. Quite busy early afternoon, and unlike a lot of establishments in the area, food was available at 3 in the afternoon. Standard pub fair, but served quickly and hot :) Washed down with a good beer.

A welcome open spot in Westminster near my hotel. Warm, welcoming and neither empty nor full on a Monday night. Lots of great ales on tap and reasonably priced. Food was not great but edible. Staff was friendly and helpful. bummer about the fish — tough, tasteless. Chips were okay.

Stopped in off the street. Easy access in/out with stroller(probably fairly easy with wheelchair, too). One step up in main entrance, I don’t recall any step on way out back entrance. One step up into restroom. I was glad to see vegan and vegetarian options that weren’t just run of the mill. I ordered vegetarian bangers and mash — excellent. Others in my party were happy with their orders, too(fish/chips, steak and ale pie, chicken/bacon/mayo sandwich on baguette w/veg soup and chips). I also had the guest tap — Corker’s Summer Bitter — solidly good. I’m surprised to see Unilocal category for this place as a dive bar. I guess my view of a dive bar is more dive-y. This place seemed nice to me ;)

Super good! The first place we ate at. People always say English food isn’t good. I beg to differ and the food here was really good. Fair prices. Didn’t have a beer but they did have a good selection, even coors light. Fail on the coors light haha

Just a regular English pub, nothing fancy. It was just close to the place we were staying and very convenient. They have a selection of regular beers on tap and quite a lot of places to sit.

I love the vibe here. The atmosphere is great — particularly when there’s a game on. For a pint, it’s perfect. However, the food is WELL below par. I ordered a traditional fish and chips. Cost me a tenner. I have never been more disappointed with a pub lunch. I would not recommend this place for food. It’s the worst fish and chips I have ever had. The batter was off and tasteless. The fish itself was of poor quality. The serving minute — granted, the chips were large and generous.

Stopped in here for an authentic British pub experience. One star for the service and one star for the extremely large portions for the price. I think my companion and I could have just ordered an entrée and an appetizer. However, the food was terrible. The only palatable items were veggies and potatoes. The meats were dry and bland… like flavorless jerky.

Ate here on Sunday evening while watching football and drinking a few. Staff friendly enough, a fair amount of locals in for the game, all in all a nice place

Popped in for a spot of lunch in this great little pub. Nothing upmarket, just a good solid British pub. Ordered a BLT and a drink to discover pretty reasonable prices to boot. The food was very impressive and a good size. The staff were very friendly combined and efficient.

Have to give these a 5 star rating as they accommodate the Royal Tank Regiment reunions./functions throughout the year. It is known as The Regimental Pub. Well earned and deservedly so. The selection ales is great, the service is brilliant, the food and portions will not disappoint you. When fellow Qypers find a difference in the food, I have mostly thought that it does depend if the usual chef/cook is on or not! Very often this can account for the difference, especially in independent eateries.

Comfortable neighborhood pub with a selection of real ales as well as the usual mass-produced beers on offer. Wines and spirits too. There is a reasonable food menu with several interesting mains, including a sirloin steak, sausages and mash, rissotto and a chicken tikka masala. Burgers and sandwiches, too. No wifi, but I did find a power outlet to top up my iPhone after a hard morning’s sightseeing while I enjoyed a pint.

A big pub quite near Victoria, round the corner from Government buildings and Channel 4. Have a normal food menu but also specials. Bruscetta with tomato and cheese was odd — should have used mozzarella rather than cheddar and a different bread. The steak was well-cooked(i.e. still rare) except it was clearly a cheap cut and much of it was unedible gristle. Chips were thick but a bit undercooked. Good points are wines are all under £14 and the pinot we had was light and quite nice and also friendly service. Also a good selection of ales on tap.
