Excellent shop for speakers and audio of all kinds. Prices are competitive with online and staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find the right setup for you. I wanted to listen to a number of different speakers and they were happy to open up boxes and set everything up so that I could compare them side by side. Great experience.

This is an audio shop on the Holloway Road that carries (very) high end equipment. In my experience the staff are very knowledgable, and quite importantly to me, they have on onsite repair service.
I had a speaker (a powered subwoofer, purchased elsewhere) that developed an electronic problem in the amplifier. It was just out of warranty, so I looked around for repair options. After speaking with the staff at Bartlett’s, I felt comfortable that they’d address the problem for me, but I was concerned about the price, since the products they sell are quite top of the range. I was pleased to receive a fair price for the repair, and they finished before the estimated time. After bringing it home, it turned out that there was an additional problem not addressed initially, but since the repair was guaranteed, they asked me to bring it back, and all seems to be fine now.
(This is a review of the repair service, rather than an experience of purchasing a product there. However, once I can afford it, I would gladly return there for an upgrade in equipment.)
