Jerk chicken here is delicious and got to love a beef pattie. I would go slighty after lunch if you can as always a massive Queue

Fantastic food and friendly service. A good rule of thumb when choosing somewhere to buy food from is the size of the queue. Not a 100% guarantee of success, but a good start. Situated in a line of 5 or 6 other food vendors you have equal competition and opportunity. I am just glad that I am not the owner of these other outlets, good though they looked. 6 of us from work took a walk to Spitalfields to café-caribbean and were suitably impressed. I had the jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas and Macaroni Cheese. The food was served relatively quickly by bustling yet friendly staff and the environment looked spotless. Basic menu means a few things done really well and my colleagues agreed that the curries, veggies and other sides they had were equally as good. Jerk had a decent kick without being so hot as to ruin the flavour, rice and peas well cooked and the Macaroni(not macaroni but twisted tubes, seriously who cares?) was great, not too cloying and with a nice crispy top from the oven. A few seconds in the microwave when we got back to the office restored it to piping hot. This will definitely be a regular for me from now on. Lucky I am an amateur Strongman and need a large intake of food because the portions are very generous. Top place, thanks very much.

First meal in England and it was fantastic. I had jerk chicken and rice. Really tasty. It was great to eat at the picnic tables in the market and watch the folks as I murdered my place of food. Don’t half step. They have a lot of menu options, not just jerk chicken.

One of my favourite spots for lunch around Liverpool St Food is will prised and the portions are large. very friendly staff who always tells you what is new on the menu or how long for the next dish to be made. Best time to Arrive is around 12 festivals and patties are made fresh and will sell out very fast. after this you have to take luck and chance that the next batch is being made. Fantastic Jerk Chicken as stew lamb as well as ackee. Also a Nice range of Punches(varied on each day) PS always ask if he’s cooked something new which isn’t on the menu yet! I cant recommend this place Higher for a lunch time gem!

Best Jerk Chicken ever! Very good food. Could do with having Chicken Breast pices they only do leg and thigh Jerk Chicken. I think prices are a little high for quick lunch time food and amount of chicken you get. Owner can be friendly but looks grumpy most of the time! Doesn’t hurt to smile more!

I love the jerk chicken here. When my work used to bring me to the area regularly, this would almost always be my lunch spot of choice. You get a very good sized portion for a reasonable price, and the accompanying salad is fresh and tasty. The chap who runs it is very friendly and always smiling :)

Amazing jerk chicken and really tasty patties — but they usually sell out within the first 15 minutes of lunch hour! The guy who runs the stall is really friendly and the food is all relatively cheap(£5 for a good meal of chicken, salad and rice).
