I went to amend a pair of leather boots and a paid of shoes at Chiswick Cobblers. I was quoted a very high price that I was not prepared to pay. The 2 older men who worked there were quite rude so I left.
In the end I went to ‘D Cobbler’ at 44 Queensway who happily repaired both at a much fairer price. The brothers who work there are much friendlier. I returned the week after to re-​heel a second pair of boots and will use them again in the future.
