The food is good but a handful of the staff are very rude and are unskilled in dealing with the general public. The pre-made salads offer a reasonable choice of meat & vegetarian options. Your best bet is getting in line to have a custom salad; some great options to be had. A little pricey at £6 but for convenience of not having to buy everything, prepare it yourself and bring it fresh to the office — it can’t be beaten. Brits love a queue but us kiwi’s don’t, so I try to avoid the place between the office lunch rush 12pm-1:30pm. If you pre-order online or using app, be aware that they slap a £1 fee on and don’t tell you. You’ll only see it on your statement later(I have a notification on my phone when card payments are made so saw the popup.) The first encounter I had with a snotty staff member was when I took pictures of the calorie info from the labels on the shelf. I got into an exchange regarding the fact that they don’t have these details online(I use(myfitnesspal) and when I pulled it up she just wandered off and ignored me. I wasn’t trying to be a smart-a**, I just want to count my calories man! I wrote them an email asking for info to go online so other people didn’t get told off like me. but got no reply. Why did she get offended with me? Was I possibly going to steal their breakthrough recipe of combining lettuce with hummus and chicken? The latest encounter was when I turned up late(3:12pm on a Friday) and was made to feel like an idiot for not knowing this fact by a couple of the staff cleaning up(all other days they close at 8pm.) They had the old salads from the day on the counter which weren’t cooled. I asked if they were reduced rate like many other eating places do, the lady got the sh*its with me so I just left. I actually really like the food there. Usually I would vote with my feet and not return with my money but I like the salads too much. So I’ll put up with the rude staff and assume they either don’t get paid enough /undervalued by their employer or are just j*rks and don’t like the customers they get. Thanks for nothing you 20% of staff that are rude; I won’t order online so you can’t spit in my salad(and I’ll save a buck.)

Love the salads here although for £5.95 they are quite expensive Good selection of bits to add however some of the portions especially of the meat are a bit stingey for the price! Cucumber and broccoli are often a bit ‘wet’ Also good choice of free toppings like seeds and croutons and lots of choices of dressings! Overall a filling tasty salad that is different every time! A good but pricey salad lunch!

They really skimp on the protein. So there is no point. I feel like it’s really overpriced for what you get. Overpriced salad. If you’re looking to eat healthy, the places across the street offer more. There’s a few other salad places in the area as well.

MEH. Lack of interesting ingredients + overabundance of greens = sad face Minnie. Customized salads for 5.75 include 3 house toppings(4 if you opt out of a takeaway bag) and 1 special topping(falafel/meat/tofu/cheese) or you can choose from the premade salads in the fridge. I guess it’s solid if you really need a salad but I’d rather go somewhere more interesting.

Choose your own base and fillings or grab one pre made, but great freshly made salads with seating inside and out. Queues can be long and hot but beats any supermarket salad. Get a loyalty card to get your 10th free
