I have been in this place twice now, and I did like their selection quite a lot. Very close to the station, and they don’t have the same frames that everyone else is selling. I did not make a purchase here(at least not yet, I’m still shopping), and so I can’t give you a full review. I can say that I had two very different experiences shopping here on the two occasions I went there. The first time, I had a very helpful woman who said hello, gave me a few ideas based on what I’m looking for and then left me alone to get on with it. I really really appreciated that. The second time, a different woman offered to help and when I said no thank you, she stood there, watching me as I tried each thing on, just standing there. It was CREEPY frankly. Sit down, go work on something else, but don’t make me feel like I’m either about to steal something or that you’re judging my glasses selections. Maybe she thought she was being attentive and ready to help, but all it did was turn me off, and so I have been reluctant to go back since then. I may still go bac there and buy from them, but I keep thinking about that judgemental seeming lady and thinking I don’t want to walk back in the door. So we’ll see.

Been using this optician since my uni days as it was around the corner from my college, wow 8 years! I have my annual sight test and contact lens appointment here. Everyone is very helpful and not at all pushy with product. I like coming here as I feel like a valued customer and the store isn’t horridly stark and bright like a lot of the chain opticians.
