Dropped in for a beer after dinner at Mother Mash just around the corner. Four stars for the beer selection. A lot of pubs have the same choices. This place has the same choices plus more. Two floors with a nicer dining area on the second floor. Conveniently located near busy shopping areas and a wide screen TV for footy!

Yes this is a chain but there are a dirth of traditional pubs in this area so that is alright. The key thing about this pub is that they serve real cask conditioned ale and lots of it. They even give you samples so you can taste before you buy. The food is pretty good too. They have traditional pub fair plus a few other dishes. I recommend the beef and ale pie.
