There are 3 core competencies for a dry cleaning business:
1 — Clean things well
2 — Look after the garments
3 — Be nice to your regular customers — particularly when something goes wrong.
TRIPLE FAIL!
There are other dry cleaners across and just down the road from this business — use them not this. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
