We really enjoyed Crêpe Affaire and I’d probably go with 4.5 stars if I could. This was literally the first thing we ate after relocating from the USA to Chiswick. It hit just the right balance of being flavorful without getting too crazy trendy. We went pretty straight forward with ham and cheese (great), strawberries and crème (great), and cinnamon for my 4 year old son. I’d tell you more about the cinnamon but he literally refused to let me get my fork anywhere near his plate because he was enjoying it. So, gets the 4 year old stamp of approval.
Service was prompt and apparently we could have saved a few pounds by doing take away. I’ll definitely go back and may even revise up to 5 stars if the other crepes are even better. Maple bacon, mmm, sounds tempting. There was no «wow» moment when I first tasted the crêpe but I did feel they were pretty darn good.
