Spectacular service — if only all businesses were to adopt their attitude!
I used them twice to change keys, following getting burgled in the first instance and moving into a new flat in the second. They were able to provide mobile locksmith service straightaway, arrived on time, changed my locks efficiently — and here’s the kicker — charged less than other, local locksmiths!
I wasn’t present (our managing agent was) for the most recent visit, so the locksmith phoned to let me know everything was done in a polite and professional manner.
Now, if only Franchi would provide customer service training for my satellite, telephone, broadband and other utilities providers…
