Hello Dear Readers, as I promised Spa illuminati for a Refund, formal complaint and a further more legal actions against this place. I think that the Administration is Racist (due because of my Arabic background) perhaps a religious /​gender discriminations too. They blocked my Email correspondence, lied to me when I arrived to my appointment as I bought a discounted Amazon voucher. So I guess another Rich good looking person that I am not took my appointment or: they are just disorganized, not friendly nor helpful.
Hope I can get my refund soon.

Well, for starters it is very tidy and nicely decorated, with pleasant staff. However, on the occasion I was there the steam rooms were not working. Furthermore, even though I was early, I was rushed into a smallish treatment room (where I was to spend almost 2 hours) without having the chance to wind back in the relaxation area. Halfway through the facial I got bored laying in that small room and just wanted to put my things on and go home. But saying that, the body scrub and facial worked miracles, as my skin has not been so dazzling for a long time.
FYI: after the treatment (s), as usual in this commission-​ridden world, the therapist will recommend you some products. If you are interested in them but don’t want to blow your budget, you can buy some of them much cheaper at online stores.
