I got the worst haircut in 20 years! I brought a pic and gave extremely clear instructions yet the stylist managed to make a huge mess out of it and four months later I still have a horrible haircut and it’ll take another couple of years to grow it all out again. Don’t go here! The customer service when I complained was horrendous! Horrible staff all over!!!
