This Nando’s is the busiest Nando’s I have been to. Got seated quite quick considering there was a queue to go in. The service was really good and staff were so efficient. It is ridiculously busy here but this does not affect the staff efficiency, the food or anything else in any way at all which surprised me. It is Nando’s and you know what your going to get so you can’t really go wrong with it. I’m sure if I was back in this side of London, I would pop by here.

Generally a good fast food experience, this one can be incredibly busy but the staff are efficient generally and you get what you pay for. This location is ideal for if you are going to the cinema because it is just across from it.

I always love a Nandos, you always know what you are going to get. The chicken is always good and they have a great selection of sides and sauces. I really love the chicken pita with cheese and pineapple, and a mango and lime sauce. They were very quick at this Nandos, it was clean and they had a good supply of the different sauces.

If you like a chicken, Nando’s is definitely the right choice for you. We had the whole chicken (3 persons) plus 4 sides– decent fries, very good garlic bread, nice corn and a small portion of lettuce. Very friendly service and a warm welcome. Will come back for sure.

This Nandos can get very busy, you may have to queue up for up to 30 mins, so try to be hungry before or after peak time ;)
You can get window seats that allow you to look over all the shoppers while enjoying your meal.
The staff were friendly and as always the food was delicious and fresh nom nom nom

Nando’s is not somewhere I would normally consider for lunch but the price of escaping Westfield in under 3 hours with the kids was lunch here at their request. Its a strange set up but actually worked pretty efficiently you get sat down, given some menus and then get up, queue up. order your food and pay. Food arrives, eat, leave. Worked for me. Actually it was much better than I was expecting — you kind of know what you are going to get from the price and the fact you do all the work. The extra hot was just that surprisingly and the kids seemed happy with their choice. Its chicken and at the price point they sell at cheap chicken so pleased to have some hot sauce smothering it. I wouldn’t complain if the kids bribed me back here but not somewhere I would choose. They had plenty of happy customers so obviously doing something right.
