I’m a big fan of this fun little sushi bar off Tottenham Court Road, which by confidence seems to major in all the elements of Japanese cuisine I love. As well as neatly prepared maki rolls, they serve some of the yummiest Karoke(croquettes) in town and they also serve up superb saki and plum wine. It’s also got a large, bookable room at the top, where they’ll wheel out a good old-fashioned Japanese karaōke machine if you ask for it. Japanese restaurants vary wildly in their vegetarian offer, but this is one of a minority where I can eat really well as a veggie(only bettered by the Bento Café in Camden). It’s very well-situated for shopping or cinema trips, and I must go back there soon!

Very slow service. They forgot to bring me the menu card, then I had to wait for a big while before being served a drink and then, my menu. Fortunately though, the food was tasty enough not to disappoint me completely. Also, they ran out of still water(?).
