Paragon gym is one of the premier kickboxing gyms in the country. You will be taught by previous champions Stuart & John Lawson and their array of talented instructors.
Paragon is a full time gym that is open Mon-​Sat with classes available for kids, adult beginners and advanced students. They have a beautiful fully equipped gym with punch bags, padded floor and boxing ring.
You can train for fitness or if you have the heart, you can compete and fight your way to a championship belt.
The style of kickboxing is called Mugendo which is a Japanese word meaning ‘Unlimited Way.’ The guys here are passionate, and if you dedicate yourself you will get fit in no time.
