Great selection of pre-​made ready lunches for a good price with the ‘meal deals’
The salad bar was decent but not incredible. I would go back for the food selection and ready made lunches. Pastries looked okay as well.
Prices seem slightly better than Waitrose and comparable to Tesco

The staff are very helpful and nice. That alone is worth 5 stars. I just wish they’d carry some baby food/​snacks as it seems lacking in this area. Aside from that, got nothing to complain about them & it’s pretty convenient from where my whole is staying for 2 weeks.

Sainsbury’s c’est «the good deal» en terme de supermarché sur Londres.
On en trouve de partout. Normal me direz vous, c’est une chaîné. Oui n’empêche que quand on en a besoin, ça se révèle bien utile de pas avoir à trop les chercher.
Il y’a constamment des promotions, deux pour le prix notamment et on est pas lésés parce que c’est vraiment très bon.
Par exemple, je cherchais un simple paquet de biscuit et voilà que bingo, j’en trouve une sorte de petit lu au chocolat pour la dérisoire somme de 33p alors finalement j’en ai pris plusieurs ^^.
Rajouter à cela un accueil en caisse des plus chaleureux. C’est rare qu’on me demande comment je vais ET si je passé une bonne journée, je connaissais même pas la personne !. True story.
Je dis pas qu’ils sont tous aussi aimable dans les autres points de ventes et non plus sur 365 jours, mais ça m’a laissé une bonne impression supplémentaire.

This Sainsbury’s is close to my school and I absolutely LOVE how CLEAN it is.
I come here quite often and pick up lunch which is either the preheated (cooked) chicken thighs or their £3 lunch deal.
Their salad bar section has quite a few choices and there are times when I go for lunch and just buy a small salad bowl for £1.49. How great is that?
The selection of food is pretty good and their prices are normal for a grocery store as well.
The only thing to complain about is the long wait for the checkout. There are times though when the people that work there are not very nice as well. Aside from that, this place is my go to place for snacks before school, during school, and after school.

My mother and I walked around London constantly appalled by the price tags attached to every little thing in every little corner of the city. I don’t know how to pronounce «Sainsbury’s» but in my head it definitely starts with «sane.» The market was fun and easy to navigate, with plenty of handsome produce and every pantry and refrigerator need packed neat and economical in a manageable space. We left filled with relief for the people of London, assured that it was indeed possible for them to stay alive and nourished at earthly prices.

This Sainsburys is huge considering this is the middle of London. It is quite large offering a great selection of everything you might need for your weekly shop. It’s close to the tube and so you can get from here to anywhere you need to. The staff when I’ve needed help were always friendly and helpful.

Dieser Shop lag genau auf meinem Weg ins Hotel und ich habe mich riesig darüber gefreut, dass er noch nach 20h geöffenet war. Ich habe mir dort frisches Obst, einen Wrap und leckere Nachspeisen gekauft. Es gibt dort auch reichlich Essen to go und ich denke für den, der in London wohnt und noch schnell etwas einkaufen möchte, ist das genau das richtige. Man bekommt auf jeden Fall alles, von Waschmittel bis hin zum Käse und eben wesentlich günstiger, als bei einem kleinem Kiosk.

This sainsbury’s is conveniently located near Tottenham Court Road Tube station and near my work place. They have a hot food counter where I regularly get my lunch from. The hot food ranges from Chilli con Carne, Chicken Jalfrezi with rice, roast chicken and many more. It’s also priced quite reasonably at just under £3. I also get my grocery shopping done there too. Definitely would recommend this Sainsbury’s as it seems to have everyting!

This was my go-​to store, fresh produce, cheap deals, Ben & Jerry’s pints. My favorites were the Custard Crème cookies and Sainsbury’s brand of Cider (or just Strongbow)… AND the BLUE BOLT! Like a Red Bull but for 29 p or a liter for 59 p or something insanely cheap.
The only thing to complain about is the smelly check out queue by the ciggies counter.
