Sara Café is a nice relaxing little shisha place, tucked away in a quiet area of Marylebone. It’s pretty reasonably priced, with a shisha split between 3 plus 3 tasty mint teas being around £7 each. It’s not going to beat the shisha that I had in Tunisia a couple months ago, but it was still quite good and the staff were very efficient with refreshing the coals. I very rarely find myself in that area now but it’s definitely a plae I would stop at again.

Really good hookah, but outdoor seating due to city ordinance. Tucked away in a nice little neighborhood. Ok service, could be improved. Very friendly patrons, both locals and visitors.

Great shisha spot located smack dab on a busy residential corner right in Marylebone just west of Baker Street tube station. Popped in here lastnight with my associate, Daniel S., to 1. alleviate our rain/wind intake and 2. sample their sheesha patio.
Both things were successfully accomplished at Sara Café.
We grabbed a great table right on the patio. I hastily lucked out and got the seat facing the street — — this optimized not only people watching but it exponentially raised the experience of the venue.
Daniel S. and I decided on a Double Apple flavored shisha along with two fantastic mint teas. The servers generally were quite efficient with keeping the coals fresh and burning brightly.
Places like this are why I love London. Did not know it was there, stumbled upon it on a random cheeky Monday, proceeded to enjoy the hell out of the place. Great find.

I was looking for a place to have some shisha, ive only ever tried it once but thought this place looked really friendly and nice. When i went i was greeted by the owner which was a very personal touch, they had a huge range of flavours and tried star buzz and strawberry. will definatley be coming back and cant wait to smoke the indoor shisha they have to offer.

I love shisha, and when I was looking for the best lounge to go to in central London, the place that stood out was here.
They have the best flavors from all over the world. My favorite was Star-buzz from USA.
They are also one of the first places to champion the indoor shisha pipe.
Defiantly one to try!
