Been late for 9 min, staff Michael Butler refused to provide a service. Average waiting time from my experience (been there 10 times) is 10min anyway. His arguments do not make sense and demonstrates his inflexibility.
Otherwise, it is a great place.

Great Hair Cut! Ask for Chris Mitchell.
Highlights: Chris listened and did exactly as requested, Clean working station, Gentle with the clippers and scissors, Take online appointments.
Can improve: Offer a quick post hair cut rinse and a little pricey for a simple cut.
Benchmark: They set the standard in my book.
Got a hair cut July 2015.

I also had my hair cut, where great attention to details was given. I’m really happy with the results.

Great service, a really good cut and decent value at £26. Sharps is a traditional barbers but can offer much more than just a short back and sides. Will definitely be returning.
