Subway

This branch put me off Subway completely. Quite a dirty place, especially in the evenings when it gets busier. Staff struggle with english, their preparation is sloppy when putting your sub together and make it look like such an effort to serve you.
Hope it improves however i think it’s the late night drinkers who keep this place in business. They don’t care about all of the above, i’m sure they’re happy enough it’s not a kebab

This is like most Subways, so I don’t feel I need to go from first principles here. It is quite a small branch with only about 4 seats and no tables. Its open pretty late (and very late on a Friday and Saturday evening), so it manages to collect the departing London trade in the evening as well as the normal Richmond footfall of people.
The staff are friendly, though I have noticed that they are always trying to sell you more (upgrading the size or have a special deal… etc). Generally what they are trying to sell is not a great offer or it’s actually more than you require, so I find that rather tiresome.
Still I have nothing against this place; though it’s far, far, from any kind of flagship store :-)
