Tiny little pub right next to Dalston Kingland station. Unassuming and probably the only decent one in the neighborhood, though still objectively small, lacking a lot of options, and not offering proper food. Though, after a long day, it’s just the ticket.
I do like the interior, which is cosy and has mastered just the right amount of ‘pub light’. They have your football focused TV which some annoying modern pubs feature. It’s the place you go for a drink and a laugh with friends. No more and no less. The bartenders are friendly and nice as they should be at your standard local. I think Unilocal’s 3-star ‘A-OK’ is a spot-on description here.
