Dont bother there slow and the place is dirty with bad staff shame cos its local to me

If I could award KFC 0 stars I would. I’m not a vegetarian but I do have a concience when it comes to where my food comes from and KFC are some of the worst offenders of using food sourced from suppliers who do not follow animal welfare guidelines. I now refuse to eat KFC.
I haven’t eaten in KFC for a very long time, this particular branch is near to where I live and is possibly one of the worst I had ever been in and not just because of the food. The restaurant itself was usually untidy with tables left uncleaned. I believe this is still the case according to friends who have not yet been persuaded to give up this particular fast food craving. When I drive past now I see there is often a long queue inside whilst they concentrate on servicing the drive thu queue which is often backed up out into the Tesco car park, so the service hasn’t changed much either.
Despite the issue I have with where the food comes from I can’t understand why anyone would chose to eat this over cooked, greasy, nasty food. If they ever decided to use free range organic chicken perhaps I would re consider but not until I could be sure that the place had had a thorough clean first.

Love KFC but this restaurant is often dirty, the tables go uncleared, the tables are often dirty even after they have been cleared, rubbish on the floor.
You don’t expect good customer service at KFC, but this one is particularly bad, and the food is often over-​cooked. Counter service is often over-​looked while they concentrate on the drive through.
