New Year’s resolution’s? Out of the window! Instead, I knew I had to get back in to some sort of shape and I knew it would take a lot of effort and exercise. Since I was roughly 18, I’ve always wanted to try out pole dancing for fun, as a hobby — I saw a review about this place on this here beautiful website and thought, «hey, why not?». I emailed them straight away and I was given lots of information and prices for all of the different classes they do — not just pole fitness; Yoga, Zumba, Bokwa, Belly Dancing, Belly fitness, you name it! I stuck with my gut about the pole fitness class and went for it :) I’ve just attended my third session on the beginner’s course and I love it!!! The instructors are friendly, positive, funny and encouraging — I’ve learnt so much and I never feel out of place. You might ache after every session but it gets less for each session and if you’re not hurting, you’re not using your muscles! The space is always clean and bright. Two walls are floor length mirrors, so you can observe yourself to help improve posture and even pose! The poles are both static and spin poles — you try both, even on your first session; LOTS of fun. I love it, love it, love it!
