A down at home café on Copson Street opposite Somerfield’s. The best thing for me is the breakfast, they do a nice ”lite” breakfast
at a very reasonable price.
I did one day go for the Burger and chips, salad, but I was quite disappointed. The burger was well over cooked very hard and dry, chips nice but a very small portion!
So have dropped the rating for this reason.

A bit of the sunny mediterranean bang smack in the not so glamorous Withington (opposite Somerfield!)
This is a lovely little café to pop into for breakfast or lunch and they do some great coffee and yummy sandwiches on focaccia or ciabatta.
For something a bit different from the local greasy spoon, but without having to go all the way into town this is a nice little joint for a lunch with friends or a more healthy hangover cure.
