I had such hopes based on memories from my childhood of Wimpy being a treat. to eat in an American styled burger bar! Coke floats and crispy fries. I popped in here whilst waiting for a friend and noticed the semi refit. so hopes were probably higher than was fair. To say I’d rather have a McDonald’s tells you how bad this was. Greasy school dinner burgers with limp fries. Staff that stared at me like I was a creature from another planet. I’m holding on to my nostalgia and never entering another Wimpy ever again. Unless Heston does an intervention.

Wimpy in Morden is on the high street to the left when exiting the station. The restaurant is a small shop front affair. It is clean and well kept. However, I found the staff to be curt and the food to die for. I mean, I think that eating this flavourless grub is a fate worse than death. Lol. If you like their version of American junk food please forgive me.
