I’m surprised this hasn’t been reviewed yet given how popular it is; I know people who travel across the city just to come to this specific shop. I’ve tried quite a few chip shops in Norwich, and this one is one of the best. The portions are big, the fish is well cooked, the batter is crisp and flavoursome. They do quite a good selection of different fish, as well as other «mains» like battered sausages, burgers and even spring rolls. Personally, I just love their fish and chips, can’t go wrong with the classics. Nothing better than hurrying up the hill with a hot paper parcel of goodness on a cold winter evening.
