They have been served a lot of ‘notices’ by the poole environmental and consumer protection agency.

Surprised by some of the reviews on here, especially if you check out other reviews on the web. Been coming here for a while due to the fact they are the only real option down there. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Service is incredibly slow and the food and drink is overpriced but as I said, they are the only option. If you can avoid going here I would strongly advise you do as they have no interest in the customer.

Jazzys Cfe is a nice place to relax after a long walk along the beach. They have some lovely ice creams and the food is quite good, but a touch pricey. Always plenty of room and a great view.

Been a frequent visitor for 20 years. Marvellous hot chocolate with marshmallows and good wholesome food. Friendly staff. Have taken my children there since they were small (they’re now adults) and they were always made welcome. Especially like the fact that well-behaved dogs are allowed.
Can fully understand that pushchairs, which nowadays resemble small tanks, are not allowed, especially on busy summer weekends.

I’ve never understood why this café is so named? Maybe I’m missing something.
They do the usual café thing, coffe, tea, hot choc, icecream, pastries, sandwiches, cakes.
But best about this branch of Jazzy’s is that it is on the promenade of my favourite beach! Shore Road, Sandbanks!
