Let’s have a little timeline of events: 6:30 pm — Order placed online(lovely feature to offer!) Estimated time of delivery: 7pm 7:30 pm — No sign of food; call placed. Apologies made; driver must be late as he left with the order earlier. New ETD: 7:35 — 7:40 pm 8:00 pm — Still no food; another call placed. More apologies; explanation that driver had many deliveries to make. New ETD: 8:05– 8:10 pm 8:30 pm — STILLNOFOOD; final call placed. Even more apologies; explanation that order was never made and appears to have been lost. We demand refund; they reluctantly concede. New ETD: 9:00 pm 9:00 pm — Food finally delivered along with money off vouchers for next order. Kindly explain that we will never use them as we will never eat Top Wok again. 9:05 pm — Mutual agreement throughout family members that food is less than stellar and definitely not worth all the hassle it took to have it delivered.

This used to be a very good establishment, but it has gone downhill recently. Maybe they are cutting corners because of the current economic problems, but I for one am not prepared to shell out premium prices for sub standard fare.
