I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and am now wondering what I did to upset them to deserve this! Quite possibly the worst meal I have ever had. Arrived at 1.05 p. m(to a not very busy restaurant) and ordered our food and drinks at 1.15 p.m. No drinks arrived by 1.30 p.m. so we asked the waitress if they had been ordered. Several seconds of blank stares later she wandered off. 10 minutes later and still no drinks so I went to the very empty bar area to order them again and get them myself. Finally at 1.50 p.m. the starters arrived. Clap cold and not even as described on the menu. A hint to the chef if you are reading this… Cajun Spiced Chicken usually has Cajun Spices on it! We made our feelings about the starters known to the waitress and rather stupidly and against better judgement waited for the main courses. At 2.20 p.m. and still no main course we found the manager and complained and were promised they were on their way. Well they must have been getting sent their on the tram as it took a further 15 minutes to arrive. Perhaps the wait would be worthwhile… not a chance in hell! We both ordered the same and below is the results: «Ribeye» Steak requested to be medium cooked: If what we received was«Ribeye» steak I will quite glady bare my ar*e in Leeds City Centre. More like a minute steak from the nearest cut price supermarket. It was cooked way past any life it may have had left in it. On a plus note my wifes boots are in need of new soles and this may just fit the bill. «Garlic Mushroom Sauce» — no sauce to be seen. Just some button mushrooms with a quite vile tasting garlic residue drizzled over. Also it must be noted that again the main course was clap cold and did not arrived with the mushrooms, onion rings or tomato that were shown on the menu. We did not even attempt to eat the mains and instead informed the manager of our total dissatifcation and informed him that we shall not be paying and left with still hungry stomachs. Needless to say we shall not be going back!

A good little bar, serving food and drink just outside of shipley. It is, as the name suggests, an old tramshed, and retains some of the original features. Food is nice if a little pricey, and service can be a bit slow but generaly ok. Some nights have themes, like singles sunday, but they are normally just another night. Some parking is available near the front of the bar.

Great little bar in Shipley in a converted old tramshed. the building is great, the décor tradiional but fitting with lots of seats and levels. The bar is well stocked and the service on all occasions was good. In better weather you can sit outside though there’s plenty of room inside, even on the nights when tribute bands are playing. Food menu is excellent, never had a bad meal and it’s not your typical stodge which similar looking bars may serve. If you’re in the area you could do worse

regularly has tribute bands playing and live groups. A posh bar which does food. Can get busy in here, so service can be slow, but the foods nice when it arrives. Nicely decorated
