A typically great J D Weatherspoon pub, with great food and drinks at a great price. GREAT! Upstairs and downstairs seating. Good range of drinks, excellent deals on food like two meals for £6.99 and Clubs for different days of the week. Chicken Club Wednesdays, Curry Club Thursdays, Fish Fridays and Sunday Roast club available, with a free drink on all Club meals. Very spacious pub, with fine décor and good service. Great on a Friday and Saturday night out. Good music played by the DJ and ample dance floor space. Worth a visit.

Went here on a bank holiday Monday because my usual haunts were full. Despite not being very busy, the tables weren’t clean so it took me ages to find one that I would eventually clean myself. Menu wasn’t great I wanted a sandwich but unless I wanted tuna, cheese and tomato or cheese and ham, that wasn’t an option, so in the end we opted for burgers. That said; £5.89 for a cheeseburger, chips and a gin and tonic is something you can’t find fault with. Staff were friendly, food served fairly quickly and tasted pretty good. The venue is large and doesn’t have music, so a bit soulless during the day, but I suspect it’s heaving in the evenings with such low prices.

Gets very busy of a weekend evening if you are turning up quite late you may have to wait until the doormen let you in as it will probabally be full. Cheap beer is the reason for this and the wide selection they have avaliable. Friendly staff and customers an enjoyable evening out. I have also visited for meals with family during the day and it is a cheap meal out, good offers and choice avaliable for kids and adults. Two floors with a nice spiral staircase in the centre

We went in here pretty much after it opened. The décor has changed very little from the bar it was before and the toilets are still in need of some TLC. The first time we ate, they got the order completely wrong and the chips were missed off, they claimed we never ordered any. The beer prices are average and it’s cheap and cheerful

I have only been in here once, as we were looking for somewhere we could eat with young children. And as such, it suited our needs pretty well. As you would expect from a Wetherspoon’s there was plenty of well priced food, and lots of drinks promos.

Great pub this — its comfortable to visit during the day(I’ve even taken my kids there for lunch on a saturday/sunday) and a decent bar at night. The pub is split into two levels, with an additional bar ustairs.

This is one of the JD Wetherspoon’s pubs and the second one in Solihull Town Centre. This Lloyds no 1 bar is near to Sainsburys. It opened earlier this year and it has all the cheap and cheerful offers you expect of this brand pubs. It has two floors of seating and another section up some stairs on the bottom floor. The toilets are downstairs and a bit of a nuisance to get to. Generally I prefer the other Wetherspoon pub in Solihull and find the staff much more friendly in the White Swan than they are in here.
