Used to be a popular destination for youngsters to begin drinking in the pub, but now there is a mixture of ages that occupy the Hobs Meadow. They have a food menu and serve a good pint inside.
I was unimpressed with the food and felt let down, the taste was disappointing and looked nothing like it did on the menu. the look of the restaurant did not look too hygienic and the staff were slow to clear the empty tables. The food let the establishment down.

They have music acts on here for free that I have paid to see at other local venues so it is worth keeping a look out for those if you enjoy live music/​tribute acts. Very friendly staff and management. Parking has changed now you have to pay but you get your money back inside.
