Omega 3 seems to style itself as a ‘higher class’ fish and chip shop. In the centre of Southend high street, it is easy to get to and good for stopping for lunch on a shopping trip. The prices are a bit higher than at your usual chippy but the food is very good. Downstairs they do a takeaway service and upstairs is a small restaurant with waitress service (although I believe the prices for this are slightly higher). In the summer they also have tables outside for you to sit and eat in the sunshine.
