I wouldn’t even rate this post office, the elderly women that work there are very rude & impatient with anyone who isn’t old or white ! Racism is still alive in Southend. This post office needs a new team of workers for this high street instead it’s filled with old women stuck in their ways !

The main Southend post office at the top of the high street. This post office does have a lot of counters open all day but it still gets incredibly busy, especially at lunchtime. I have often seen people queuing out of the door! There is another small counter where you can just buy stamps or stationary so that you don’t have to queue for so long. However the stationary, pens, padded envelopes etc sold here are very expensive.
