Very good flat white and I had a macaroon which was very tasty. Would come back — worth travelling away from the shopping area to visit.

I really like Café Roma. I’ve been going there for several years. The coffee is excellent and it’s a good place to meet with my friends for drink, cake and conversation. Or go by myself after shopping in the Saturday street market. I’ve met the owner several times. He always says ‘Hi’, when I come in. He’s a very friendly, kind guy and the staff are great. His success in keeping his café full, in the midst of all the chain coffee shops is well deserved! :D Beaded Delights By Stef

Best coffee shop in St Albans. Sells good coffee and snacks and the staff are excellent. Also sells iced coffee shakes which are perfect for a hot day. Only thing is that there is no aircon, so gets hot in summer.

The best Latte in St Albans. I like Nero(costa too gloopy(whole milk), starbucks a little weak), but this one off is even better.

This is a very cosy coffee shop in St Albans, right in the centre of town. The coffee there is really tasty, and really reasonably priced(around the 1.80 mark). Their pastries and cakes are also really nice, but I haven’t tried any other food there. It is quite a small café, but it very cosy and has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff there are also very friendly.

Café Roma offers the best coffee in St Albans. It’s a small coffee shop at the top of town but worth a visit. Sadly I don’t visit it as often as I’d like, purely because I live a stones throw from it. There are lots of coffee bars in St Albans but this is the best. There selection of snacks and cakes is very good too.
