The Chilli Raj is a superb place to eat in or take away — The immeadiate welcome as soon as you walk through the door is the best start.
The food is delicate and well flavoured too many curry houses ‘over egg’for the English consumer, here they will cook the dishes to your liking. If you are feeling adventerous tell the waiters what you like and the chefs will prepare exactly the right dish for you.
The Chilli Raj won the silver trophy in the Tilda Tiffin Cup Curry Awards held at the House of Commons on Wednesday, 9^th of July, 2008 and many other awards and press releases adorn the walls at the bar.
The Tilda Tiffin competition to find the best South Asian restaurant in Britain began two years ago. Local MPs are asked to vote for their favourite South Asian restaurant from within their constituency.
