If you would like to play 20 questions with the staff about how you want your BLT then Subway is your place. To the people at Subway personally I just like mine with bacon lettuce and tomato, that is why it is called a BLT and as for mithering me about which kind of bread I would like it on, im not to fussed as long as its not stale. Please keep this in mind, as, what should be a few seconds transaction, without fail you always seem to make it a 10 minute ordeal.

Subway is a great sandwich shop hot or cold choices for the fillings.
Good value. We always order a foot long and have half each for the best value.
The salad is always crisp and fresh and the bread divine.
You just cannot beat the taste of fresh bread with your favourite fillings all very generous.
I think my all time favourite is the chicken teriyaki yum!
No matter which branch you go to you will find the same things on offer but it does vary how much seating room there is a little.
On an odd occasion I have found the St Helens branch in need of a cleanup upstairs when it’s busy for those selfish folk who just cannot seem to clear their tables before they leave.

I think most subways are the same — this one is always clean and the staff are friendly. There is only one toilet and it’s not great. The restaurant upstairs is only accesible by stairs so is no use if you have a pram, a wheelchair or limited mobility.

This Subway is great. Lots of choice & they make it right in front of you as they do at all subways. Unlike some other subways I’ve been to I’ve always been able to get what I want with the choice of bread etc.
The staff are good & fast so even if they’re busy there’s not a huge wait.
As with all subways it’s bit pricey but well worth paying for– I’d rather have that then a sweaty sandwich made days ago & that’s been wrapped in plastic. The meal deal makes it not too bad & even my kids like it & I find the kids meal deals good value for money.
It’s always clean & the staff always wear gloves when preparing the food.
The only downside is that the toilets open out right onto the shop floor so I never use them.
There’s also a small amount of seating available.

There is a trade off here between the food and the price. I find paying £3 plus for a butty extortionate here — even if it is made in front of your eyes. Having said that, the food is lovely. I dont go in often because of the price but if your shopping in town, say at christmas etc and you feel like a luxury snack then this place is great.
The inside of the shop is very fancy. The staff handle the food with care but I have walked passed on ocassions when they have been sat on the counters when the shop has been empty — not very hygenic.
The shop is the last one of a block and at its gable end there are a few industrial wheelie bin/​skips. These are usually full and give off a nasty smell and sometimes they are overfilled and the garbage spills onto the street and all around the entrance of the shop.
They do have a good choice of butties to choose from and of course the thing with subway is that you can ask for anything you like to be put on your sandwich.

Food is always LUSH.
They know how to make the best sandwiches ever!
Prices can sometimes be steep for a sarny but well worth it.

Aren’t all subways the same. Food is absolutly gorgeous. At least you know you are getting what you pay for. All sanwiches are made to the customers requirements so you have no excuse to say you don’tlike it.
They do have offers for various meal deals and they also take phone orders and cater for outside parties.
Staff are always helpful and will go through the different food options with you if you are not sure.
They also serve a choice of hot drinks as well as cold drinks so sometimes it nice to have a change from your cola.

Theres nothing quite like the taste of a Veggie Delite subway! Im not overly keen on the taste of shop bought sandwiches so I go to Subway instead. You can see the sandwich being made right before your eyes and you get to choose all of your options so if your a fussy eater and dont like tomatoes you dont have to have them! The staff are brilliant and the cleansiness is superb in the stores as they wear gloves which they change when they make veggie subways. Great little shop!
