Regards

Really large and modern restaurant with great food! Regards is based above dubella, a cool café/​bar which provides a good destination for a pre curry drink. As you enter Regards you are greeted by a comfy seating area and a polite member of staff approached us straight away to confirm our booking. Unlike some similar restaurants in the area, there is plenty of space for your party to relax and dine. The temperature was very hot as the heating was on full pelt and it was a bit stuffy. But the service was great with staff all too happy to help. There is a bar but you can bring your own! There is plenty of food options and the chicken balti sag was beautiful! We had to wait to pay the bill but all in all I would definitely go back!

Who doesn’t like going out for a curry with your mates?
After working our way through the many curry houses Boldmere offers my husband and I thought it was about time we ticked Regards off the list. We asked a couple of friends to come out with us and by the time the day had arrived we had grown to a group of 10.
We arrived a few Saturday’s ago with our own booze in tow and our bellies wanting a stuffing. The restaurant was already heaving and we were told we would have a wait of about 10 minutes. We didn’t mind as they had a spacious seating area and they handed us bottle openers and glasses so we could start our evening of merriment.
The night continued with good food and fairly good service it was just a shame about the volume of the place. The layout is open plan so whatever size your party is you’re just not going to get any privacy. There are calmer curry houses nearby which will just edge out Regards, however I’m sure we will go back but only if’s earlier or mid-​week so we can have a conversation without shouting and maybe feel a bit of an atmosphere.
