I had not been to this KFC for some time, and it seems in the meanwhile it had been overhauled somewhat.
The counter staff now take your order and then you go to a different bit of the counter to pick it up. I’ve seen this really poorly used at a McDonald’s before, but they had the system nailed here and it was super quick.
Something else they had to be praised for is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Despite a high turnover of customers, the staff kept the place nice and tidy. They were also friendly and the food — well it was the same as any other KFC.
